Enter the cottage through the large hallway and find a large open plan living area. There is underfloor heating throughout the downstairs, large patio doors and a small courtyard garden with countryside views.

The lounge area is full of light from the many windows and spacious. There are two large sofas, a Smart TV and digital radio.

The kitchen is located to the rear of the property and has all the essentials for a stay. There is a oven and halogen hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. There is a door leading to the courtyard and shower room at the rear.

ENJOY THE COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS

With a large farmhouse style table there is plenty of room to enjoy your meals. There are patio doors leading to the courtyard garden and views across the countryside.

With slanting ceilings and view across the Wolds, the double bedroom has a cosy feel yet has plenty of space. With clever lit bedside elcoves, underbed storage and a small wardobe plus a digital TV.
There is an impressive ensuite bathroom.

The large ensuite bathroom has a roll top bath, rainforest shower, large sink and WC. There are views across the countryside from the bath!

There is plenty of space in the twin bedroom with its own ensuite shower room, underbed storage and wardrobe. Views are to the front of the cottage and hills beyond.
